某公司线路板车间主要产品为不同规格的铜质线路板。按加工工艺可分为数控钻孔、预处理、黑孔、微蚀、磨板、镀铜、图形转移、干膜显影、蚀刻、去膜、丝印、烘烤、对位、曝光、阻焊显影、化金等（均属半自动加工线）。
