ADC一些关键指标的计算

Effective resolution: 有效分辨率
Effective resolution = Log2 (VIN / Vrms-noise)
VIN:输入范围,与ADCPGA设置有关。例如一个24ADCPGA增益Gain=128,±2.5V基准电压。 那么VIN = (vrefp-vrefn)/Gain=5V/128 = 39.06mV
如果Gain=1,则VIN=vrefp-vrefn= 5V
Vrms-noiserms噪声

二、Noise-free resolution: 无噪声分辨率
Noise-free resolution = Log2(VIN / Vpp-noise) = Log2(VIN / 6.6* Vrms-noise) = Effective resolution - 2.7
Vpp=6.6Vrms,也有取6Vrms的,来源于3.3σ。这里取峰值因数C = 6.6 = Vpp-noise / Vrms-noise

ENOB(Effective number of bits): 有效位数,注意与有效分辨率不是一个概念
ENOB = Log2[VIN / (Vrms-noise * 2)] (SINAD-1.76) / 6.02

四、Dynamic Range=20*log[VIN/(2*Vrms]

五、SINADSingal to Noise and Distortion ratio) : 信纳比
SINAD is defined as the ratio of the total signal power level(wanted Singal +Noise+Distortion or SND) to unwanted signal power(Noise+Distortion or ND)
