雷式一般拖延量表（学生版）

Lay编制的一般拖延量表学生版，这是自行翻译的版本，从效果来看还不错，内部一致性系数α在0.8以上（具体的忘了），题目有些改动，后面附英文原版；不过很可惜，我没有找到这玩意的常模...
人们会用以下的一些项目来形容自己：对于每个项目，在5点量表中用一个值来表示这一项有多符合你自己。注意其中3为“中性”——即不是完全符合，也不是完全不符。在每一项右边的方框中填入最符合你程度的数值。
1：极度不符合
2：有点不符合
3：中性
4：有点符合
5：极度符合
1、 我经常发现自己在做一些几天前就该做的事。
2、 直到临近交差期限我才会去做作业。
3、 看完一本从图书馆借来的书，我不会等到最后期限，而会马上归还。
4、 早晨该起床时，我会马上起床。
5、 写完的信总是要等好几天才会寄出去。

Instructions:
People may use the following statements to describe themselves. For
each statement, decide whether the statement is uncharacteristic or
characteristic of you using the following 5 point scale. Note that
the 3 on the scale is Neutral – the statement is neither
characteristic nor uncharacteristic of you. In the box to the right
