利用英语歌曲教宾语从句

教学设计:
活动一:Impart the first impression of the song.
Step 1. Appreciatethe song with eyes closed.
Step 2.Askstudents to recall what they have heard from the song.
这个设计目的在于帮助学生了解wh-疑问词引导的宾语从句的语序.步骤一,教师要求学生闭起眼睛来欣赏歌曲,让学生通过“听”来对歌曲产生第一印象,通过歌词唤醒学生的已有知识,继而对歌曲和曲调产生好感。步骤二,通过让不同的学生回忆出所听到的内容来加深学生对所接收的语言信息的印象。学生所回应的内容是最能抓住学生情感注意力,也是最贴近他们能力的内容。这个环节更进一步让学生投入到语言材料的汲取过程中。教师也可以通过这个类似前测的环节,了解学生对这个语言材料的适应情况。

英语歌曲中蕴含着巨大的语言潜能和英语实践机会,能帮助学生提高感知力、记忆力、理解力、想象力和创造力,这个活动的目的是让学生感知语法现象。步骤一,通过再次播放歌曲进行歌词填空,有导向性的让学生填写涉及目标语法点的内容。教师不要减少原有语言材料中的重复,因为对语言点的习得往往就发生在有情感投入的重复操练中。步骤二,再播放一遍歌曲,很多乐感较好的学生已经能跟着唱了。这个过程是学生理解内容并与英语语言材料产生情感绑定的时机。值得注意的是,歌词不必逐字逐句解释,只要确保学生能看懂关键部分词汇,并进行重复即可。
