教学目标:
知识目标:1.学生能够在图片的帮助下,联系上下文看懂和理解这个故事。
2.学生能够在老师的帮助下讲故事。
能力目标:1.学生能够利用图片,在小组内讲故事。
2.通过本课学习,学生能够介绍自己家庭成员的职业、工作地点、爱好等等。
3.通过默读,跟读,大声的朗读学习课文,培养学生良好的阅读习惯。
情感目标:通过本课的学习,加深学生对自己家人的理解,让他们更爱自己的家庭,爱自己的家人。
教学重点:理解并复述本课故事。
教学难点:复述故事并介绍自己的家庭。
教学准备:多媒体,教材,录音机等
教学过程:
Step1: Warming up
1. Greeting
T: Good morning, boys and
girls.
S: Good morning, teacher.
T: How are you?
S: I’m fine.
Thank

T: Very well.
2. Review
T: (教师拿出一张全家福)Look! This is my
family. This is my father.
He is tall. He is a
teacher…Can you introduce your
family to us?
请2-3名同学到台前介绍自己的家庭。
(设计意图:日常问候,将学生自然的带入到英语课堂中来。利用介绍家人,既复习了以前的知识,又为引出本课的故事奠定基础,降低学习难度。)
Step2: New concept
1. 看图说话:
T: Today, an old friend
comes here. Who is she?
Let’s
look.(多媒体出示Maddy的个人图片。)
S: She is Maddy.
T: Yes. She wants to
introduce her family, too.
Listen, please.(放录音)
(设计意图:通过听音,对本课的故事有个大概的了解,便于之后的学习。)
Look at this picture.(多媒体出示课本第一幅插图)Who
are they?
S: They are
Maddy’s brother,
Maddy’s sister and
Maddy.
T: (指着Maddy的妹妹问)Look! What
does her sister like to
do?
S: She likes to sit and
cry.
T: Good. Let’s
talk about this picture.
S: This is Maddy. She is
a monster. She has a
brother and a sister. Her
sister likes to sit and
cry.
同样的方法引导学生用英语描述出一幅幅课文插图的内容。
(设计意图:通过导入自然引出本课的故事,让学生在老师的引导下描述出故事的内容,既能集中学生们的注意力,又能帮助学生理解故事。还能锻炼学生的思维能力和语言表达能力。)
1. Listen the

(设计意图:听音跟读,再次理解故事内容。同时能提高学生的听音能力。)
2. Read the
story“Maddy’s
Family” and then answer the
questions.
T: Boys and girls, do you

找不同的学生回答问题并进行操练。教师及时给出评价。
(设计意图:让学生们带着问题默读课文,让学生们通过默读找答案来捕捉故事中的重要信息。培养学生的阅读能力。帮助学生理解故事。)
3. Read the story again.
Find the answers of the

学生回答问题。
(设计意图:再读课文,培养学生的阅读能力,同时能够加深学生对故事的理解和掌握。为复述故事做准备。)
Step3: Listen and repeat:
1.Play the tape and the
students follow.
Hold up the pictures and
read after the tape.
(设计意图:听音跟读故事,在学习新知识的基础上,让学生听说新句型,从而在听说读写各方面熟悉新知识,提高综合语言运用能力。)
3. Repeat the story
学生根据问题提示复述故事。用多媒体出示本课的插图。极简单的句型提醒。
可有教师带领学生一起复述一遍,在有学生上台前展示。及时给予鼓励和肯定。
(设计意图:在听,读基础上,进行说的训练。既能巩固新学的内容,又能锻炼学生们说的能力和逻辑思维能力。)

小组调查,完成调查表并展示
