小结一下审稿心得：
1. 认真阅读原稿件，试图从作者的角度去了解他（她）想表达的是什么意思；
2. 认真阅读了此刊物近半年的已发表的文章，看看有什么风格特点;
3.以前写稿让别人审，现在角色变化，审别人的稿。作者们都不容易，作为审稿人要认真、客观地发表意见。从不同视角看问题，好象人变得更明白了...
