英国商事法庭案例，合同规定NOR在港口拥挤的情况下可以在惯常等泊地点递交，但是实际情况是船舶由于港口拥挤以及潮水情况无法靠泊。英国商事法庭判定NOR能够在锚地有效递交，只要泊位拥挤造成无法靠泊。
