今天竟然是我做teamleader的一天，简直insane。
果然我一定要学会自己提前模拟或者练习我完全不懂的事情，否则直接上手我就是一团糟。
lessons:

3. explain things in English mindset. could speak slowly but not rush it.
4. arrange lunch break according to their ongoing tasks and potential task in the afternoon.
5. not only focus on your own task list but take care of theirs activitie: any hurdle, need help, or reorganise
6. lots of things to check with Grant: blanking, midday banking, 50 cash sheet, pricing
