第一届中国电气工程国际青年会议China International Youth Conference on
Electrical Engineering
(CIYCEE)发起于2020年，旨在为海内外优秀学生和青年学者搭建交流平台。华中科技大学和西南交通大学于2020年共同成功创办了第一届学生会议。第一届学生会议最终录用稿件264篇，所有录用文章已被IEEE
Xplore检索和EI检索，其中10%的论文被推荐到IEEE Transactions on Industry
Application评审和发布。
第二届中国电气工程国际青年会议（CIYCEE
2021）将于2021年12月15日-12月17日以“线上会议”的模式在中国成都西南交通大学电气工程学院召开。大会经IEEE
、IEEE Industry Applications Society、IEEE Chengdu
Section授权举办，由IEEE西南交通大学IAS Student Branch
Chapter主办，IEEE华中科技大学IAS Student Branch
Chapter协办，并获得西南交通大学电气工程学院以及SPACI车网关系研究室的大力支持。
CIYCEE 2021的主旨为“Innovation from the Youth, Reforming for the
Future”。本次青年会议既涵盖电气工程的传统领域，也重视富含活力的前沿交叉学科领域，旨在为来自世界各国、不同科研方向的青年学者和学生提供探讨、交流未来电气工程技术的高质量学术平台。CIYCEE
2021将包含特邀学术报告、工业技术报告、主题口头汇报、海报展示等，为参会人员提供充分展示、交换在电气领域的最新研究成果、想法和应用的机会，以及与专业人士、企业代表交流和建立联系的无与伦比的机会。
CIYCEE 2021特别邀请了IEEE IAS主席、IEEE Fellow Wei-Jen Lee教授，IEEE
Fellow、美国通用电气全球研究中心高级首席工程师 David
Torrey，阿联酋阿布扎比哈里发大学电气工程及计算机科学系教授Vinod Khadkikar等
行业顶尖专家学者来做交流报告。
本次会议是IEEE IAS支持的“Student-Led
Conference”，会议的主要筹办工作由学生负责，学院教授及其他专业人士将作为大会的技术顾问。本届会议由IEEE SWJTU
IAS SBC Advisor、博士研究生吴思奇和IEEE SWJTU IAS SBC
Chair、博士研究生孟祥宇任大会主席，博士研究生鲁兵任大会副主席。电气工程学院副院长马磊教授、IEEE SWJTU SB
Counselor刘志刚教授、电气工程学院研究生辅导员李诗涵老师将担任本次会议的主要指导顾问。
CIYCEE 2021录用文章将由IEEE出版至会议论文集，并被IEEE
Xplore、EI检索。20%会议录用论文将推荐至IEEE Transactions on Industry
Applications审稿。会议论文采用全英文投稿，双栏撰写，全文至少5页，计及参考文献和作者介绍不超过7页，具体格式规范参考附件。更多会议详细信息可参见会议官方网站。

2021 IEEE China International Youth Conference on
Electrical Engineering
The first China International Youth Conference on Electrical
Engineering (CIYCEE) was launched in 2020, aiming to build an
integrated platform for students and young scholars at domestic and
foreign. Huazhong University of Science and Technology and
Southwest Jiaotong University jointly launched the first student
conference in 2020. In the first student conference, 264 papers
were accepted, and all the accepted papers have been indexed by
IEEE Xplore and EI, and 10% of the papers have been recommended to
IEEE Transactions on Industry Application for review and
publication.
The 2nd China International Youth Conference on Electrical
Engineering (CIYCEE 2021) will be held in the form of
'online
conference' in the School of
Electrical Engineering, Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu,
China from December 15th to December
17th, 2021. The conference is authorized by
IEEE, IEEE IAS, and IEEE Chengdu Section; is hosted by IAS Student
Branch Chapter of Southwest Jiaotong University and co-organized by
IAS Student Branch Chapter of Huazhong University of Science and
Technology. It is also supported by School of Electrical
Engineering of Southwest Jiaotong University and SPACI
Laboratory.
The theme of CIYCEE 2021 is 'Innovation from the
Youth, Reforming for the Future'. This conference not only
covers the traditional field of electrical engineering, but also
attaches importance to the dynamic frontier interdisciplinary
fields, aiming to provide a high-quality academic platform for
young scholars and students from different research directions from
all over the world to discuss and exchange future electrical
engineering technology. CIYCEE 2021 will contain special academic
report, industrial technology, subject, oral report, poster
exhibition etc., and provide attendees with full display, exchange,
ideas, and the latest research results in the field of electrical
application opportunities, as well as the communication and
connection with professionals, business representatives of
unparalleled opportunity.
CIYCEE 2021 invited experts and scholars to give splendid
reports, including IEEE IAS Chair, IEEE Fellow, Professor Wei-Jen
Lee; IEEE Fellow, Senior Chief Engineer of GE Global Research
Center, David Torrey, and Vinod Khadkikar, Professor of the
Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at
Khalifa University.
This conference is one of the 'student-led Conferences'
supported by IEEE IAS. The students are responsible for the main
organization of the conference. Professors, teachers and other
professionals will act as technical advisers to the conference. The
conference is chaired by Ms. Wu Siqi, Advisor of IEEE SWJTU
IAS SBC, and Mr. Meng Xiangyu, Chair of IEEE SWJTU IAS SBC. Mr. Lu
Bing will be the vice-chairman of the conference. Prof. Ma Lei,
Vice President of the School of Electrical Engineering, Prof. Liu
Zhigang, Counselor of IEEE SWJTU SB, Mr. Li Shihan, graduate
counselor of the School of Electrical Engineering, will serve as
the main guidance consultants for this conference.
Articles accepted by CIYCEE 2021 will be published by
IEEE to proceedings of the conference and submitted to IEEE Xplore
and EI for retrieval. 20% of papers will be recommended for review
by IEEE Transactions on Industry Applications.
The conference paper shall be submitted
in the form of full-text submission. The full text shall be written
in English double-column with at least 5 pages, including no more
than seven pages of references and biography. Please refer to the
attachment for specific format specifications.
