白毫银针-1-10级 Bei Hoi Silver Needle(Baihao Yinzhen)-Grade 1-10 白毫银针，中国十大名茶之一。产于福建省福鼎市太姥山麓，是仅有的白茶品种中之极品，同君山银针齐名于世，历代为皇家贡品。成品茶白如云、绿如梦、洁如雪、香如兰，如棱如针，汤色清澈晶亮，呈浅杏黄色，入口毫香显露，甘醇清鲜。其性寒，有解毒、退热、降火之功效，尤其是陈年的白毫银针可用作患麻疹的幼儿的退烧药，其退烧效果比抗生素更好。 Bei Hoi Silver Needle Tea is one of the ten most famous teas in China. Silver tip white tea is produced in Fuding of Fujian province.It is a top grade white tea. “Exquisite” is the best word to describe this Silver Needle Tea. The tiny, “silvery” buds are hand picked just before opening, then only steamed and withered. This process has remained almost unchanged since the Tang Dynasty (600-649). The buds have a silky texture from the fine white “down” that covers them. When the tender buds are infused the liquor is a light, clear green colour and the fragrance has a mild “grassy” note. It has the freshest of flavours, slightly savoury, with a sweet under note that lingers at the sides of the tongue. The buds can be infused multiply times,

releasing slightly different notes each time. Medically white tea is refreshing and is good for the stomach. It can also be used to dispel the heat. Particularly the aged old Bei HoiSilver Needle, can be used for antipyretics in children with measles. Its antipyretic effect is much better than antibiotics.

1.　银针茶　采用福鼎大白茶、福鼎大毫茶为原料，经传统科学工艺加工而成。其毫心肥壮，银白闪亮；香高而持久，滋味鲜醇嫩爽，毫香显浓；汤色杏黄清澈，具有退热、祛火、降糖、调压、解毒、抗辐射之功效。 White tea from China. 2.　叶茶　白牡丹　Bai Mu Dan(White Peony Tea )　白牡丹，原产地是福建省福鼎市。绿叶夹银白色毫心，形似花朵，冲泡之后绿叶托着嫩芽，宛若蓓蕾初开，故名白牡丹。其特征是外形毫心肥壮，叶张肥嫩，呈波纹隆起，叶背遍布洁白茸毛，叶缘向叶背微卷，芽叶连枝。汤色杏黄或橙黄清澈，叶底浅灰，叶脉微红，香味鲜醇。有润肺清热的功效，常当药用。 White teas are the most delicate of all teas. They are steamed & dried only, so the leave appearance is essentially unaltered. Bai Mu Dan is made from the bud and leave. The silvery bud is enfolded by green leaves, and it looks like a flower. When steeped,the green leaves unfold resembling petals of a peony blossom. That just as a inchoately blooming white peony, hence the tea is named 'white peony tea'. There is a fine white down that covers the long slender bud. When infused the flavour is slightly smoky and slightly sweet and the cup colour is a pale yellow. This is an excellent Bai Mu Dan, which is great any time of the day or night. Medically white tea is refreshing and is good for the stomach. It can also be used to dispel the heat.
