一、教学目标
1.知识与技能目标：能够理解对话大意，能够在情境中运用主句型When is …? It’s in …, 能够理解生词a few, thing, sports meet, Easter , trip 等的意思
2.过程与方法目标：通过小组合作共同完成任务，体验合作成功的快乐。
3.情感与态度目标：通过谈论校历，对学校活动有大概的了解，使学生热爱学校，热爱春天，热爱大自然。
二、教学重难点：重点句型When is …?
It’s …以及单词a few, thing, sports meet, Easter , trip 等的意思。
三、教学用具：PPT，自制单词卡片。
四、教学步骤：

T:I like the summer vacation and I also like to play
sports.
先解释invitation ，sports meet和March
2.出示书中图片，引导学生质疑
3.问题引入文本
Q：What do you have in Spring?自读回答问题。
Sports meet Easter party school trip
释义 Easter party，on that day, we roll easter eggs, look for colourful eggs.
School trip, we can fly kites, watch insects, we have fun. We have a few fun things in spring.
（a few fun things）
4. 再读文本解决问题
Q： When is Easter party？
对于学生来说，April 是生词，只找到答案位置即可。It’s in April.
释义April，it’s the fourth month in a year.
Q: When is school trip?
同样，找到答案位置，教师订正答案。It’s in May.
释义May，it’s the fifth month in a year.
5. 操练句型,渗透单词。Pair work and show.
（Chinese/ English /math test， singing contest）
When is the party？
It’s in April.
