为了中止Marti领导的教师罢工，Francis指使妻子Claire和下属Doug，一人调开保镖，一人往自家窗子丢砖头，自导自演了一起“罢工教师往国会议员家丢砖”的新闻事件。

为了弄清楚这个词的意思，我在英文Google上查了相关的报导。


在WASHINGTON TIMES（华盛顿时报）2013年有一篇名为“Disorganized Labor——Union violence and the demand for reform（无组织劳工——工会暴力和改革的要求）”的文章。


开篇第一段就是：


美国的司法系统是为了让每个人都在法律面前平等。但经常不是这样。如果他们是工会积极分子，肇事者的暴力，恐吓、勒索能够被顺利通过。
America’s criminal justice system is meant to treat everyone as equal before the law. Often it doesn’t. Perpetrators of violence, intimidation and extortion get a free pass if they’re union activists.

文中列举的无组织劳工行为包括：烧房子、打昏人、打瞎眼等恐怖行为。看到这里，真正理解了为什么这一集里众人一提起无组织劳工就色变了。
