由Ateliers JeanNouvel和PTW Architects共同合作完成的One Central Park垂直绿化公寓堪称悉尼新的“世界之最”，并夺得世界高层都市建筑学会的“全球最佳高层建筑”头衔。
250多种澳洲植物和花卉种植和攀爬在大楼上，从底层到最顶层，让大楼成为这个新世纪的绿色之树，并重新定义悉尼天际线、这个64000平方米的项目在郁郁葱葱中如同纽约中央公园般宁静。茂密的树丛，开敞的草坪，还有泳池，都是与家人和朋友放松的极好场所。室外甚至还设有露天电影院，同时也支持举办临时集市和音乐节。同时装配电动镜子,捕捉阳光,和直接射线下到中央公园的花园。天黑后的结构雕刻在天空的运动的闪闪发光的烟花，带来了一个新建筑形状。

The public parkat the heart of the precinct climbs the side of the floor-to-ceiling glasstowers to form a lush 21st century canopy. Using 250 species of Australianflowers and plants, the buds and blooms of the vegetation form a musicalcomposition on the façade. Vines and leafy foliage spring out between floorsand provide the perfect frame for Sydney’s skyline. Just like Central Park NewYork, the 64,000 sqm park is a lush tranquil meeting place where you can unwindand relax with friends and family. Wander or cycle through its tranquil grovesor simply sit on the lawns for informal al fresco dining. There are alsochessboards and an open-air cinema, as well as occasional markets and musicfestivals. A hovering cantilever crowns the pinnacle of One Central Park. Thiscontains the tower’s most luxurious penthouses. Here there are a beguilingassembly of motorised mirrors that capture sunlight, and direct the rays downonto Central Park’s gardens. After dark the structure is a canvas for leadinglight artist Yann Kersalé’s LED art installation that carves ashimmering firework of movement in the sky. This brings a new starlitarchitectural shape to the One Central Park design.
