图片环游教学法

阅读最主要的目的是理解，老师们在上英语阅读课时，可以利用图片环游（picture walk) 的教学方法提升学生的理解能力。
图片环游是老师通过带领学生浏览书中的插图，在讨论分析图片意义的过程中激活学生图式、帮助学生了解故事大致脉络的教学方法。
图片环游该如何操作？今天我们就以牛津分级读物ODI系列中的 Monkeys in School 为例，为大家简单介绍一下它的具体步骤。

老师向学生展示图书的封面和标题，学生根据所示内容推测故事情节。

图片环游教学法 老师可以启发学生 What is going on here?Who is this?Why does the character look so (nervous)?When is this story taking place?How do you think the story is going to end?学生的回答是多样的，老师应鼓励学生说出自己的想法：That’s very possible!Are you sure about that?How can you tell she is (nervous) ?接下来老师逐页介绍绘本，并与学生讨论故事内容。我们以 Monkeys in School 的第15页至第18页为例：

老师可与学生讨论的内容包括：
判断预测的情节是否与故事实际相同：Do you still think the story is going to end like that? Why or why not?评价人物的行为和态度：Was it a good idea for the character to do that? How would you solve that problem?思考故事中的因果逻辑关系：So now that you know what really happened, why do you think the characterlooks so (nervous)?以上就是图片环游的全部步骤。老师已经为阅读理解打好了铺垫，接下来就可以进行精读教学了
