材料:
250克辣椒 2个蒜头(最好用紫皮的) 50克的生姜
制作:
1 朝天椒洗干净,擦干水分;将生姜和蒜都切成末,将辣椒切成小圈圈,
放在干净无水的容器里,加入8克盐。带上1次性手套,把材料都用手
搅拌均匀了。
2 将辣椒装入干净的玻璃瓶子中,用勺子按压紧实,封上两层保鲜膜
再拧紧盖子密封好,入冰箱冷藏15天即可。
