双脚并拢,双手置于体侧,双腿伸直,收腹挺胸,脊柱和颈部挺直。
Exhale, Bend the right leg, place the heel to the root of lift thigh, rest the sole on the lift thigh, toes pointing downward
呼气,曲右腿,将脚跟抵在左腿跟部,右脚抵住左大腿,脚趾朝下
Balance on the left leg, inhale, palms together and raise the arms straight over the head
