政治传播系统的结构、功能与困境分析
——基于政治结构-功能分析方法的视角

摘要：本文基于政治结构-功能分析方法的视角，主要研究探讨了政治传播系统的结构、功能与困境。首先，对政治传播及政治传播系统的研究意义和价值、研究现状及研究方法作了概要分析，并对政治传播、政治传播系统两个概念进行了界定。接着，分析了政治传播系统的结构。以政治系统模型为基础，分析了政治传播视角下的政治过程；根据政治传播过程，构建出政治传播系统的模型。认为政治传播系统由大众传播、媒介传播、精英传播构成，并对媒介传播进行了重点分解。同时对环境的作用进行了阐述。然后，阐述了政治传播系统的功能，认为其具备的功能主要有传播政治信息、影响公共舆论、设置政治议题、政治社会化、塑造政治形象、实现政治统治。最后，探讨了政治传播系统的困境，认为政治传播系统中存在着政治系统与政治传播受众的控制与反控制的冲突，政治系统与政治传播媒介的控制与反控制的冲突。

The Research on Structure, Function and Predicament
of Political Communication System：
Based on Political Structure-Function Analysis
Approach
Abstract: The thesis takes a
major study on the structure ,the function and the predicament of
political communication system, based on political
structure-function analysis approach. First, the thesis briefly
analyses the sense and value of studies，the present situation on
the political communication and political communication system, and
the train of thought of the thesis, as well as the concepts of
political communication and political communication system. Then,
the thesis analyses the structure of political communication
system. The research takes the political system model as the
foundation, and reveals the political process in perspective of
political communication; According to political communication
process, the research constructs the model of political
communication system. The political communication system is
consisted of the mass communication, the upper communication and
the medium communication. The thesis emphases the medium
communication . Finally, the thesis elaborates the importance of
environment. And then, the thesis describes the function of the
political communication system. Its main functions are function of
communicating political information, function of influencing public
opinion, function of setting up political issues, function of
political Socialization, function of shaping political image, and
function of achieving political domination. Finally, this thesis
probes the predicament of political communication system. There are
conflict predicaments between the controlling of political system
and the counter-controlling of Audience of political communication,
as well as between the controlling of political system and the
counter-controlling of medium of political communication.
