国际贸易术语解释通则2020Incoterms2020

2019年9月10日，国际商会（ICC）正式在全球发布 Incoterms®2020，2020年1月1日Incoterms®2020全球正式生效。ICC每十年会对Incoterms进行一次更新，以适应贸易实务的变化。 Incoterms®2020增加了卖方必须遵守目的地运输有关的任何运输安全要求的规定。近几年，商船失火，爆炸案例频发，皆因危险品瞒报装运造成，给船东及收发货人造成了极大的损失，威胁了船员安全，也污染了环境。再之今年来施行的VGM，也是为保证安全运输，防止货柜超重，威胁船员安全。Incoterms®2020的术语分类还是沿袭了Incoterms®2010的分类方式，分为适合所有运输方式及多式联运的术语及适合海运和内陆水运的术语。Incoterms®2020删除了DAT，新增DPU，总是11种术语。
适合所有运输方式及多式联运的术语：
EX WORKS，EXW [insert named place of delivery] Incoterms® 2020
FREE CARRIER，FCA [insert named place of delivery] Incoterms® 2020
CARRIAGE PAID TO，CPT [insert named place of destination] Incoterms® 2020
CARRIAGE AND INSURANCE PAID
TO，CIP [insert named place of destination] Incoterms® 2020
DELIVERED AT PLACE，DAP [insert named place of destination] Incoterms® 2020
DELIVERED AT PLACE UNLOADED，DPU [insert named place of destination] Incoterms® 2020
DELIVERED DUTY PAID，DDP [insert named place of destination] Incoterms® 2020
 适合海运和内陆水运的术语：
Free Alongside Ship，FAS [insert named port of shipment] Incoterms® 2020
FREE ON BOARD，FOB [named port of shipment] Incoterms® 2020
COST AND FREIGHT，CFR [insert named port of destination] Incoterms® 2020
COST, INSURANCE AND FREIGHT，CIF [named port of destination] Incoterms® 2020
