Asanas are always come and go. Once we change ourselves, we change our focus. (体式总是来来去去的,一旦我们改变了自己,也会改变我们的专注)

Yoga is my life. Yoga is not for living. Put more attention towards soul, soul of Asanas and functions. (瑜伽是我的生活,不是为了生存,我们要把更多的专注力引导于灵魂和身体机能)

The third limb is Asana, stabilize your mind. We should put more attention towards the third limb first and practice them in a proper way, we do not just practice postures or show them in front of the people. (第三支是体式,用来稳定你的思想。我们需要花更多的心思专注于体式,并且用正确的方式去练习,不可以仅仅只是单纯练习体式或者为了再众人面前炫耀体式)

Morning practice is very important. (早练习很重要)

Because everything is silent. (因为所有的一切都是安静的)

If you practice regularly, your strength will gro
w within you automatically.(如果你规律的练习,你的力量会自然而然的在你体内增强)

Everything comes from Sadhana. (所有的一切来源于责任)

Your proper breathing can strengthen your body. (正确的呼吸能强健你的身体)

Breathe freely and move freely….
