SomeBody received the B.E. and the M.Sc. Degrees in mechanical engineering from Shandong University of Technology, China in 2004 and 2007 respectively, and the doctor’s degree in mechanical-electronic engineering from Tianjin University, China in 2011. From 2010 to 2011, he has been a Visiting Scholar in electrical and computer engineering with Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, USA. From 2011 to 2017, he was a Research Fellow in ocean technology with National Ocean Technology Center, Tianjin, China. Since 2018, he becomes a professor of ocean engineering in Laboratory of Physical Oceanography, Ocean University of China. His research interests include unmanned marine vehicles, particularly wave glider technologies. He has pres
ided over more than 10 marine robots related projects of various types, published more than 20 papers in professional journals such as Ocean Engineering, ISA and Applied Ocean Research etc..
