自古犹有心之供养苍生地球，三年的疫情已过，痛定思痛，我们从中感受到了亲情的重要，爱情的美好，感悟到了人间真情值得，我们当致力参与人类文明进化，觉醒心灵深处的最柔软情感。觉知良知和使命，振奋精神，勃发心灵，重启地球人类爱的密码，从心开始。
以“心灵苏醒与进化 情诗 情歌 ”为主题，以“心灵觉察，灵魂苏醒 亲情 爱情
精神感受，呼唤世间真情，自我进化提升，认知心地球的宇宙联动，认知世界大同，万物共生共荣的伟大之爱的旋律”为认知升华，以真情实感抒发情怀进行创作的情诗
情歌 民歌作品均可投稿参赛，不限地区、语种、年龄与种族，全球人类都可投稿参赛。
