同传顺句翻译举例

同传版：Elites from Asian countries are gathering here at Bo’ao Forum. This is a rare historical moment. And I’d like to, concerning the expansion of economic cooperation in Asia and leading the world out of the crisis, propose three recommendations to set a bit of the context.
注：
1、有长介词的情况下，比如这里的“在……的历史时刻”，口译的时候往往先不处理介词，而先处理里面的关键信息即“亚洲各国精英聚首博鳌”，然后再补充介词信息。
2、“我想就……提以下三点建议。”这句话，“就……”也是很长的介词，“就”就是关于的意思on/about/concerning，所以也可以直接独立处理，然后做顺句连接即可。因为前面说了在这个历史时刻，那后面肯定是我要干什么了（这是译员的anticipation预期策略），所以要先出来I’d like to，然后再顺接后面部分。就不要把I’d like to放到最后面去了。
可见，笔译版本和口译版本还是有很大不同的。
