The United Nations supports the rights of persons with autism to fully participate in society, in line with theConvention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

联合国按照《残疾人权利公约》和《2030年可持续发展议程》，支持自闭症患者充分参与社会生活的权利。

In its pledge to leave no one behind, the 2030 Agenda represents a commitment to reducing inequality through social, economic and political inclusion for all people, including persons with disabilities. Yet many persons with autism still live in isolation, discriminated against and disconnec
ted from their communities, in institutions or even in their own homes.

《2030年议程》誓言不让任何一个人掉队，就是致力于通过在社会、经济和政治方面做到对包括残疾人在内所有人的包容，减少不平等现象。然而，许多自闭症患者仍然遭到孤立，受到歧视，与社区脱节，在照护机构中如此，甚至在自己家中也是如此。

The COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated many of these inequalities through the loss or reduction of services at school, in homes and in the community. We need to ensure that the rights, perspectives and well-being of persons with disabilities, including those with autism, are an integral part of building forward better from the pandemic.

冠状病毒病（COVID-19）疫情导致学校、家庭和社区提供的服务消失或减少，从而加剧了诸多此种不平等现象。我们需要确保包括自闭症患者在内的残疾人的权利、视角和福祉成为疫后建设更美好未来的有机组成部分。

The solution lies in more community-based support systems for persons with autism. We must also establish inclusive education systems and training programmes that enable students with autism to access the educational path of their choice. And we must make technology solutions available for persons with autism to live independently in their communities. Active consultation with persons with disabilities and their representative organizations should be at the centre of these efforts.

解决办法在于为自闭症患者提供更多以社区为基础的支持系统。我们还必须建立包容性教育体系和培训方案，使患有自闭症的学生能够走上自己选择的受教育道路。而且，我们必须为自闭症患者提供技术解决方案，使其能够在社区中独立生活。与残疾人及其代表组织积极协商，应当是这些工作的核心内容。

On this World Autism Awareness Day, let us reaffirm our commitment to an inclusive, equitable and sustainable world for persons with autism.

值此世界提高对自闭症认识日之际，让我们再次承诺，为自闭症患者构建一个包容、公平、可持续的世界。
