1,较高的碳水化合物摄入量,会增加总死亡率的风险。

3,高饱和脂肪(肥肉,椰子油等)的摄入量,可能降低中风的风险。

这也就是说,多吃米面和糖,你会死的快;而多吃点脂肪,你可能还活的久一点。
