一、主体分析
今年高考全国乙卷的书面表达继续延续2020年的命题思路，以学生的实际活动即英语演讲比赛为情景载体，以内容要点为写作引导，要求学生完成一篇命题演讲稿：Be smart online learners。就文体而言，这是应用文，有一定的格式要求，内容上这也是一篇小议论文，中心内容恰好是新课标要求的体现，即考查学生的语言能力和思维品质。
21世纪的今天，学生使用网络愈加频繁，当下疫情形势依然严峻，网上学习越来越受到广大学生的欢迎，在这种大背景下，引导学生探讨网络学习的利弊尤为重要。学生经过思辨，可以明理明事。所以整篇文章应该是学生社会主义核心价值观的具体体现，是立德树人根本任务的落实。
总体来说，这类型书面表达属于新课程高考理念。虽然我们依然使用的是旧教材，但继去年高考作文思路发生变化后，老师同学们在写作方面打开了思路，训练也不再局限于各种应用文体，因此就整体布局，学生应该有一定的把握，但想要成为高考高分作文，当然要看学生的思维能否在较高的语言能力下体现。
二、整体思路
首先，根据开头给出的句子：网上学习是一种重要的学习方式，接下来可以简要分析网上学习具体有何优势，为什么重要。然后分析另一方面：网上学习的不足之处。针对网络学习缺点，提出自己的学习建议。最后，总结以上内容，再以演讲稿的套语结尾，如Thank you for listening!等。
三、句式推荐

Online learning is an important way to study recently. It has rapidly gained popularity among us students due to its convenience and flexibility. Not only does it allow us to learn whenever and wherever it works best for us, but also offers a variety of learning materials tailored to us. However, it sometimes can be boring and ineffective, for lack of face-to-face interaction and self-discipline.
How can we be a smart online learner? It is acknowledged that active participation is of great help. We should take advantage of every opportunity to interact with classmates and teachers and don’t be afraid of sharing our opinions. Besides, turn off our cell phones and close irrelevant web browser windows to avoid distractions and increase productivity.
All in all, develop a good habit of online learning, and chances are that we will be smart online learners. Thank you for listening.

Online learning is an important way to study recently. No doubt it enjoys a great popularity nowadays.
To begin with, it’s obvious that abundant online learning resources which offer a variety of options for learners can satisfy multiple needs of learners. Additionally, online learning features convenience, flexibility and low cost. However, every coin has two sides. It also has some disadvantages. Without teachers around, learners are easy to get distracted, and too much screen time may do harm to their eyes.
So here I’d like to offer some suggestions. First, good time management will lead to high efficiency. Second, resisting temptation and self-discipline are of significance. Third, a short rest every 40 minutes is quite necessary. In this way, we can be smart online learners.

Online learning is an important way to study recently. Especially, it's secure for us students to continue learning during the pandemic. What's more, it allows students to watch the lessons repeatedly, bringing us much convenience.
However, online learning also presents us learners with challenges in terms of self-discipline and time management, because we can be easily distracted when studying at home. That’s why we should develop a positive attitude towards online learning. First of all, we'd better obey our school timetable at home, which will surely contribute to our learning productivity.
