The Purchaser’ s rights to terminate this Contract are exclusively set forth in the Contract.

Either Party may terminate the Contract by written communication to the other Party.
Termination for Convenience.
为便利而终止。尽管有其他规定，需方可以随时为便利而终止本协议，只要提前14天向供方发出书面通知即可。
Payment upon Termination for Convenience. If RIM terminates this Agreement for convenience, RIM shall pay VENDOR for Services performed up to the effective date of termination.
因便利而终止后的款项支付。如果需方因便利而终止协议，应支付供方于终止日前所提供的服务的费用。如果按照协议规定费用的支付根据供方的阶段性成果而定，需方将支付终止日前供方所取得的成果的费用。此外，需方将按照服务工时的比率表向供方支付符合需方要求的用工小时费用。按小时用工是指取得阶段性成果日与协议有效期终止日之间的服务。
This Agreement is effective on the Effective Date and shall terminate on the date Client signs a subsequent Client Agreement. Either party may terminate this Agreement upon 30 days prior written notice, provided that this Agreement shall apply to any Services being provided as of the date of such notice and any Services requested after the date of such notice if the parties have not entered into a new Client Agreement.
本协议于生效日生效，并应在客户签订下一份客户协议之日终止。任何一方均可经提前三十天发出书面通知终止本协议，但是，本协议应适用于在该通知之日正在提供的任何服务，并且，如果双方未签订新的客户协议，应适用于在该通知之日后要求提供的任何服务。
If the supplier rendered part performance, we only have the right to cancel the whole contract if we have no interest in the part performance.
对于供应商部分履行其合同义务的，如我方就该部分履行无法受益，则我方有权解除或终止整个合同。
In addition to Purchaser’s rights set out in Article 18.1 above, Purchaser may at any time in its absolute discretion give written notice to Supplier terminating forthwith the Purchase Order.
除上述第12.1条所列的采购方的权利之外，采购方可在任何时间自行决定向供货方发出书面通知而立即终止采购订单。
