乙方根据自来水公司和规划局批复的方案，设计供水管网并按设计图纸施工。乙方应当按本工程施工图纸所规定的项目施工。

（3）安装要求：按照国家有关供水安装标准及自来水公司的供水管及水表安装要求。
(3) Installation requirements: in accordance with the State’s standards of relevant water supply installation, in addition to the installation requirements of water supply pipe and water meter by the water supply company.
（2）如遇下列情况，乙方须在发生签证事由

（1）乙方应当严格按照施工图、说明书以及国家有关规定、施工技术规范和自来水管道操作安装规程进行施工，做好试件和材料的试验和报验，确保工程质量，并按期完工。
(1) Party B shall carry out the construction in strict accordance with the construction drawings, specifications and State’s relevant regulations, working technical specifications and the procedures of water pipeline operation and installation, and do a good job in testing and inspection of test pieces and materials to ensure the quality of the project and complete the project on schedule.
（2）乙方应当接受甲方对工程质量的监督。如果甲方发现主要进度延误，或主要工程存在重大质量问题，甲方以书面形式通知乙方，乙方应当在收到甲方书面通知后

（1）工程竣工验收应以施工图纸、说明书、图纸会审记录、有关变更的书面文件、国家颁发的施工验收规范和质量检验标准为依据。

第六条 工程总价款及付款方式
Article 6 Total project price and payment method
（1）工程预算总价款为人民币

（1）甲方委派的现场代表（工程设计部门） 负责对工程建设进行全面管理，处理施工过程中出现的需要甲方协调的相关事项，并参与工程各种验收和签证工作。如涉及变更事项，现场代表应及时通知乙方。

If amendments are involved, the on-site representative shall notify Party B in time.
（2）向乙方提供施工场地，保证运输道路畅通，同时提供施工现场用水、用电（水电费由乙方承担）。
