In consideration of Party A intends to carry out the installation of construction project, Party B has the qualifications and capabilities of appropriate contracting, the parties hereto reached the following agreement through friendly consultation:

一、工程概况
Article 1. Project’s overview
1.工程名称： 1. Project name:

3.工程内容：建筑工程的安装作业，包括但不限于给排水、电气、暖通等系统的安装调试。具体工作内容包括但不限于以下方面：
3. Project content: The installation operations of construction works, including, inter alia, the installation and commissioning of water supply and drainage, electrical, HVAC and other systems. The specific work includes inter alia to the following:

- 给排水系统：管道敷设、阀门安装、卫生洁具安装、水泵安装调试等。
- Water supply and drainage system: pipe laying, valve installation, sanitary ware installation, pump installation and commissioning.

- 电气系统：电线电缆敷设、配电箱安装、灯具安装、开关插座安装等。
- Electrical system: wire and cable laying, distribution box installation, lighting installation, switch socket installation.

- 暖通系统：风管制作安装、空调设备安装、通风设备安装调试等。
- HVAC system: air duct production and installation, air conditioning equipment installation, ventilation equipment installation and commissioning.

二、承包模式及范围
Article 2. Contracting mode and scope
1. 承包模式：1. Contracting mode:
乙方包工；甲方承担原料、辅料、机具，器材（辅料包括但不限于螺丝、螺母、垫片、胶水、密封胶等；机具及设备包括但不限于电焊机、切割机、套丝机、电钻等）的方式承包本工程的安装作业。
The installation of the project shall be made by the mode of Party B’s the labour work and Party A’s supply of the raw materials, auxiliary materials, machines and equipment (auxiliary materials include, inter alia, to screws, nuts, gaskets, glue, sealant, etc.; machines and equipment include, inter alia, to welding machine, cutting machine, wire socket machine, electric drill, etc.).

2. 承包范围： 2. Contracting scope :
- 按照甲方提供的施工图纸及设计变更要求，完成建筑工程安装作业。具体包括给排水系统、电气系统、暖通系统等的安装、调试及验收配合工作。
To complete the installation operation of construction works in accordance with the construction drawings furnished by Party A and the design amendments requirements, which specifically including the installation, commissioning and acceptance of water supply and drainage system, electrical system and HVAC system.

三、工程期限
Article 3. Construction Period

1. 开工日期：____年__月__日。乙方应在开工日期前做好各项准备工作，包括组织施工人员、准备机具设备、熟悉施工图纸等。
1. Commencement Date: ____ (Year) __ (Month) __ (Day). Party B shall complete all preparatory works prior to the Commencement Date, including organization of the construction personnel, preparation of machinery and equipment, and familiarization with the construction drawings.

3. 总工期： ____ 天。乙方应严格按照合同约定的工期进行施工，如因乙方原因导致工期延误，乙方应承担违约责任。
3. Total Construction Period: ____ days. Party B shall strictly adhere to the construction period stipulated herein, and shall bear liability for breach of contract for the delays due to Party B’s reason.

四、工程质量标准
Article 4. Engineering Quality Standards

1. 乙方应严格按照国家及地方现行的建筑工程安装施工规范、标准及设计要求进行施工，确保工程质量达到合格标准。具体质量标准包括但不限于以下方面：
Party B shall strictly comply with current State’s and local specifications, standards of construction installation, and design requirements to ensure the engineering quality meets acceptable standards. Specific quality standards include, inter alia, the following:

- 给排水系统：管道连接牢固、无渗漏，阀门开启灵活，卫生洁具安装牢固、排水畅通。
Plumbing System: Pipes shall be securely connected without leakage; valves shall operate flexibly; sanitary fixtures shall be firmly installed with unobstructed drainage.

- 电气系统：电线电缆敷设整齐、绝缘良好，配电箱安装牢固、接线正确，灯具、开关插座安装牢固、使用正常。
Electrical System: Wires and cables shall be neatly laid with proper insulation; distribution boxes shall be securely installed with correct wiring; lighting fixtures, switches, and sockets shall be firmly installed and function properly.

五、项目价格及付款方式
Article 5. Price and Payment for Project

1. 工程价款：Contract Price:
本工程安装承包总价为人民币（大写）____元整（小写：）。此价款为固定总价，包括乙方完成承包范围内一切费用。在施工过程中，如因甲方要求增加或减少工程内容，双方应及时协商确定变更后的工程价款。
The total fixed lump-sum of the contract price for this project is RMB (in words) _____ Yuan (in digits: ¥_____), which covers all costs under Party B’s scope of work. Where Party A requests additions or reductions to the scope, the parties hereto shall promptly negotiate and agree on adjusted pricing.

2. 支付方式：Payment Terms:
合同签订后__个工作日内，甲方向乙方支付工程价款的__%作为预付款，以确保乙方能够及时组织施工人员和机具设备进场。
Party A shall, within __ days upon conclusion of this contract, pay __% of the contract price as the advance payment to ensure Party B’s timely mobilization of personnel and equipment.

- 工程进度达到__%时，甲方向乙方支付工程价款的__%。甲方应根据乙方提交的工程进度报表进行审核，确认工程进度达到支付条件后及时支付款项。
Party A shall, upon the payment achieving __% of project progress, pay __% of the contract price, and in addition to review progress statements submitted by Party B and make payment promptly upon verifying milestone completion.

六、双方权利与义务
Article 6. Rights and Obligations of Both Parties
1、甲方权利与义务：
1. Rights and Obligations of Party A:

- 向乙方提供施工图纸、设计变更等技术资料，并进行技术交底。甲方应在开工前向乙方提供完整的施工图纸和技术资料，并组织技术交底会议，向乙方详细说明工程的技术要求和施工要点。
To furnish the technical documents such as construction drawings and design modifications to Party B and conduct technical disclosure. Party A shall furnish the complete construction drawings and technical documents to Party B prior to commencement of works, and organize the technical disclosure meetings to elaborate on engineeri
