这是但丁新生中的第一首十四行诗：

以上是意大利警长带自己老婆去看歌剧，劈面碰上汉尼拔教授发生的一段对话。
《汉尼拔》里面所有台词都很精致，比如最后时刻汉尼拔说的：
“I came halfway around the world to watch you run, Clarice. Let me run, huh?”Run这里可以有多种解释的空间，总之，太棒的感觉。啊！对了，这里也是唯一一刻我觉得汉尼拔教授非常down-to-eart
