The last time my wife and I went
shopping, in Stanford last October, we just went to a few nearby
supermarkets and bought some common foods, but we didn't have much
to say.
我和夫人最近一次逛街，是去年十月份在斯坦福的时候，我们仅仅逛了附近的几个超市，买了一些常用食品，也就没有太多说的了。

When we first met, she always asked me
to go shopping with her, which
is actually
going to the
shops. 当我们刚认识的时候，她总是要我陪着她逛街，其实就是逛商店。In the end, after a few months or so, it was more
than I could bear.
大约过了几个月以后，我就忍受不了啦。 Because every time she g
oes shopping, she always visits every clothing store on the street,
one by one. 因为每次逛街的时候，她总是在街上的服装店一个店一个店的逐一光顾。
In each store, she would
try on the suitable clothes one by one, and every time she
wore a piece, she would look at it repeatedly in front
of the mirror, and I would evaluate it each
time. 在每个商店的时候，她会将店里适合的衣服逐一试穿一遍，并且每穿一件都会在镜子面前反复看来看去，还每次都要我进行评价。
After half a day, I felt
very tired, walking back and forth, although very slow, but feel
very sore feet. 半天下来，我感觉非常累，来来回回的步行，虽然很慢，但感觉脚却很酸痛。
I usually just sit on a stool in
the shop and do nothing. 我一般便坐在店里的凳子上，无所事事。 Later,
I pro’posed that when shopping, she would go to the
clothing store and I would go to my bookstore, so that each would

After shopping, everyone will go
home together. 逛完后，大家再一起回家。
But now my patience had grown so
much that I didn't mind going shopping with her, 不过现在我的耐心已大大增强，已经不在乎与她逛商店了。
Now, I
‘generally use online shopping, unless urgent
or small goods, usually
rarely go
to physical stores. 现在购物，我一般都会采用网购，除非急用的或者很小的商品，一般很少去实体店。 Because online（昂来）
shopping is very
convenient, you
can sit at home and swipe your mobile
phone to choose the
items you need, which is
e’specially time-saving and
labor-saving. 因为网购十分便捷，足不出户，坐在家里，刷刷手机便可以选择自己需要的物品，格外省时省力。
There is also the fact
that it is not limited by the seller's
’relatively single
product, and the
choice is very wide.
还有就是不会被卖家相对单一的商品所限制，选择范围非常广泛。
