西母酒将阑，
东王饭已干。
君王若燕去，
谁为曳车辕。

Soon o’er is the Xi Wangmu’s feast sublime,
And will the King Jing of Zhou’s in a flash.
Should lord fain attend the parties in time,
Who would chariot thee to any bash?
