前几天有个要好的姐妹问我:她用薏米熬粥,但味道不好,还有苦苦的感觉,薏米怎样才好吃?
据我所知薏米味道发苦是因为煮的时间不够,而且薏米仁本身带有药理性质,口感肯定不如普通的食材。不过做成粽子后,味道就减淡了,基本吃不出是薏米了。

原料:薏米,糯米,绿豆,红豆,红枣,干粽叶
步骤:薏米洗净,用水泡一天一夜,时间很长,但是容易煮烂, 糯米 红豆 绿豆 红枣(我所谓的四宝)洗净后用水泡一下午,这里糯米和薏米的比例为3:1,薏米放太多煮好后不成形,至于绿豆红豆我两样一共放了两小把。干粽子叶放锅里煮,并用水泡一下午

开始包了:取两片粽叶,叠起,从中间卷起成圆锥状,先放一颗枣,再填混和好的四种米,把上面的

包好的粽子放高压锅,加水没过粽子,大火烧开转中小火一小时,怕薏米不烂,我没开锅盖又焖了一个多小时
