学的,看沈星做的时候觉得挺好,做起来很简单,有我大爱的巧克力和肉桂,做下午茶是很不错的!
但是这玩艺一看就知道是高油高热高脂肪的,吃一回得跑八圈才能消耗掉。
所以当时我看的时候只咽了咽口水,但是没行动。
过了几天家里吃吐司的时候余下几片吐司,想起了这款巧克力西多士,终于还是没能抗拒住诱惑,决定做一回尝尝! 超高热量下午茶 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>巧克力西多士
做这个西多士的时候,在加一片巧克力还是加两片巧克力的问题上考虑了两分钟,然后沈星的一句话打动了我——既然吃了,就豁出去了!
想想节目里她可是加了三块巧克力呢,我只加了两块,算是比较克制的了,呵呵! 超高热量下午茶 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>巧克力西多士
不过后来证明我加两块的决定是明智的,只加两块就已经甜得不得了,巧克力遇热溶化后馅也差不多快要流出来,如果夹三块肯定是不行的,估计得流得到处都是。
话说回来,虽然决定豁出去吃一回高热的食物,不过吃了以后还是要多运动消耗掉才好,这种食物肯定是不能经常吃的,偶尔试试倒无妨!




巧克力西多士
原料:白吐司6片,蛋黄2个,牛奶100ML,巧克力160克,黄油40克、肉桂粉5克、糖粉10克
(以上份量可做两个西多士,只做一个的话请减半)
1、将白吐司切去四边;
2、蛋黄和牛奶加入一大碗中;
3、搅打均匀;
4、将吐司片放入碗中两面浸泡,使吐司片浸透蛋液;
5、将吐司取出,将两片巧克力置于吐司中间;
6、取另一片吐司同样浸过蛋液后盖上巧克力上,并用手按压四边,使边缘贴合;

7、重复上一个步骤,在中间放上两块巧克力;
8、再盖上一片吐司片并用手按紧边缘;
9、煎锅中放入一小块黄油,小火加热至溶化;
10、将西多士放入锅中小火煎至两面金黄,翻面的时候要小心;
11、将煎好的西多士从中间斜切开;
12、肉桂粉和糖粉置于小碗中,用小勺拌匀,成肉桂糖。

最后将西多士置于盘中,表面均匀的筛上肉桂糖即可。
金黄的西多士、香滑的巧克力、浓郁的肉桂糖,这是一道谁也无法抗拒的甜点,悠闲的午后,给自己来上这样一份甜品吧,配上香醇的奶茶或者咖啡,尽享属于自己的美好时光!
