在三種狀態 (tritaya)中能享受 (bhokt) 喜樂,他是感官(vra)的主人 (a) 。
He is a master (a) of (his) senses (vra)1 who is an enjoyer (of the
aforesaid 'bhoga'2 or divine delight) (bhokt) in the triad (of
waking, dreaming and deep sleep) (tritaya)||11||

能達到瑜珈 (yoga) 的這個階段 (bhmik) 是迷人的奇蹟 (vismaya)。

All phenomena (outer or inner) (dyam) (are) the body (arram) (of

Hdaye cittas aghaddyasvpadaranam||15||
通過心 (citta) 與意識(hdaye)的核心的融合 (saghat) ,現實中顯現(daranam) 出所有內外現象 (dya)

Through the union (saghat) of the mind (citta) on the core of
Consciousness (hdaye), there is appearance (daranam) of (all)
phenomena (outer or inner) (dya) (and even) the void (svpa) (as
they are in their essential reality)||15||

或者 (v) 通過與純 (uddha) 元素(tattva)的融合 (sandhnt) ,瑜珈士在有限的(pau)

Or (v) by union (sandhnt) with the Pure (uddha) Principle (tattva),
(the Yog becomes like one in whom) the (binding) power (akti)
(existing in) a limited and conditioned being (pau) is absent

不斷滅的意識 (vitarka) 是自性 (tma)|的知識 (jñnam)。
Firm and unwavering awareness (vitarka) (that I am iva is)

世界 (loka) 的極樂 (nanda)是

The Bliss (that the Yog feels in abiding as the Knower or
Perceiver) (nanda) of the world (—consisting of subjects and
objects—) (loka) (is his) delight (sukham) of Samdhi
(samdhi)||18||

the Yog's desire)||19||

瑜珈士獲得將一切(viva) 組合(sagha) 的存在實體(bhta)聚集(sandhna) 並分裂(pthaktva)

(The other supernormal powers of the enlightened Yog are: the power
of) putting together (sandhna) existent entities (bhta); (the power
of) separating (pthaktva) them all --i.e. the existent entities--
(bhta) (and the power of) assembling --saghaa-- (sagha) everything
(viva) (what has been separated by space and time)||20||

在能量之轮 (cakra)上全部精通的(atva)获得 (siddhi) 是通过瑜伽士的我中有我的出现来实现。

group of powers (cakra) (is achieved by the Yog) through the
emergence (udayt) of uddhavidy (uddhavidy)||21||

By uniting (anusandhnt) with the Great (mah) Lake (hrada), (the Yog
has) the experience (anubhava) of the generative source --virility
or potency-- (vrya) of (all) mantra-s (mantra)||22||
