蜜豆酸奶昔       坚决不做猪头

年后第一次正了八经的写篇博文,不容易啊,发现是越来越懒了,懒得做,懒得吃,写了一篇博文杀死了N多脑细胞,哎,寒假过去可怎么得了。

偶尔吃点酸奶,可以清理肠胃,俺现在很需要保持身材,经过这些天的胡吃海塞后,体重长了好多,真成猪头了,这么下去,可怎么得了,还没有男朋友呢


大过年的家里水果也多,就做了这个水果酸奶昔

做法:一根香蕉、半个苹果切成小块

和一包无糖酸奶放进搅拌机里

打10秒左右,就成了

放上蜜红豆(罐头,吃剩的,正好用上了),就是一杯很有营养的奶昔了,外面卖多少钱俺不管,这杯成本也就1块五吧
