《本草纲目》记载“正月葱,二月韭”,就是说农历二月后生长的韭菜最适合人体健康。而吃韭菜最佳的时节,可从农历二月延至一整个春天。

韭菜是春香、夏辣、秋苦、冬甜,其中数春季的韭菜最鲜嫩可口,这是因为它经历了一个严冬的“养精蓄锐”,根和茎贮存了大量养分。

春天人体肝气易偏旺,从而影响到脾胃消化吸收功能。春季养生重在养肝,此时多吃韭菜可增强人体的脾胃之气,对肝功能也有益处。韭菜对人体有保温作用,还能增进体力和促进血液循环。常常手脚冰冷的人适合多吃韭菜,以达到温补的作用,韭菜纤维含量高,有润肠轻身之功效,还适合减肥人群~~~所以韭菜自古就享有“春菜第一美食”的美称。

要注意的是,韭菜有“春食则香,夏食则臭”之说,要品尝至鲜之味,可要抓住春天的好机会。

所以在这个乍暖还寒,忽冷忽热的农历二月,不妨多吃些韭菜,让我们身体强壮起来,抵抗倒春寒~~~~

做一碗韭菜馄饨吧,连同热乎乎的汤,喝下去绝对暖和一天~~~~~

韭菜鲜肉馄饨

原料:韭菜、肉馅、海米、油盐酱等调味品
馅料:肉馅里加入两大勺水,搅匀后放入一勺大酱,一点酱油,加入少量盐,一大勺花生油,一点香油和鸡粉搅拌均匀。
泡开的海米剁碎加入肉馅中。
韭菜择干净后,用水浸泡一段时间,沥干后切碎,放进肉馅里搅拌均匀。
包馄饨:一家一个包法,无需比较,没有正宗之说~~ 韭菜鲜肉馄饨 <wbr> <wbr>春食韭菜好处多
以太后的手法为例,馅放皮子上,从上端卷一次,完全包住馅,然后两角对折即可~~很简单~~

水烧开,馄饨下锅,看见馄饨一个个飘在水上鼓起来,就可以捞了,韭菜煮老了就不好吃了,还有种不好的味道~~~
碗里放虾皮、紫菜和香油醋,少量盐等,将馄饨连同煮馄饨的水一起放碗里,开吃~~~~
