这条道的两边,种满了各种果树和迎春花,一到春天,花都开了,白的、粉的、红的,好多我叫不上名字~~很美丽~~~~今天路过的时候,发现好多人把树连根拔起装到车上拉走了,好像这块地被征用了,要盖楼房~~~~~心里莫名的哀伤~~~~这种经济化给很多人带来财富~~~但是我希望他们的速度放慢一些,我很想给峻溪和我的孩子多留下一片干净的海、一块可以玩耍的绿地,但现在看来几乎是不可能了~~~~~ 话梅糖醋排骨 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>试过了再说好吃

今天早上看到那些开满花的树被连根拔起时,我确实很难过,每天上班的途中又少了一点春色~~~~
在这样一个海边小镇,都几乎找不到一片干净的海域,一条干净的河流,连自然的草地和花丛都越来越少~~~难道还不让
人哀伤么~~~~~~~~~ 话梅糖醋排骨 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>试过了再说好吃



话梅糖醋排骨(这个我啥也不说了,试试才知道~~~)

原料:排骨、话梅、葱姜、料酒、盐、糖、醋等调味料
做法:选择块比较小的排骨,清理干净后,用清水浸泡15分钟,水里放半杯料酒,然后用水冲洗干净
锅里烧水,把排骨下锅焯一焯,捞出备用
炒锅里放一勺油小火加热,润一下锅,把多余的油倒出来,锅里几乎没有油了
把排骨倒进去翻炒一下,倒入一点料酒,放葱姜,加适量老抽上色,翻炒均匀后,倒入适量开水
加入八角,倒入一勺醋,放入几个话梅,大火烧开,转小火炖
等汤汁收得差不多的时候,加入一勺糖和半勺醋、少量盐,翻炒几下,转大火收干汁即可

注意:排骨要选择小块的肋排,可以更快炖烂,用料酒水泡出血水后、冲洗干净才能使用
下锅焯排骨,有的人觉得可以省略,但我觉得焯完看到那一些浮沫和不明物质后,觉得很有必要~~
排骨入锅翻炒时,油一定要少,做出的排骨才不会腻
炖的时候放点醋,使肉更快炖烂,炖煮的过程半小时左右,很省时间
放点话梅,最后的味道特别好,话梅在这里不但有调味的作用,酸甜口,还有调色的效果~~
如果最后不喜欢放糖的,可以在炖至过程中,加入一点冰糖~~~

这个做法,有别于传统的油炸、油煎,油的使用量极少,几乎忽略不计,很健康,但味道却更好 话梅糖醋排骨 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>试过了再说好吃
